Acetaia Paltrinieri was founded in 1845, when the Paltrinieri family began producing vinegar in the first batteries. Today it is Guido Paltrinieri who leads the company: an experience that has brought the products to be appreciated all over the world and which has found ideal continuity in the Paltrinieri tourist farmhouse, located in the courtyard of the headquarters.
